A teenage girl gets a babysitting job. While she's watching T.V. in the living room she
gets a phone call from an unknown man saying, "Have you checked the children?" and hangs up. When it keeps happening, she gets scared and calls the police who agree to trace the call if he calls back. He does call her back and after the conversation, the police call back and tell her that the calls are coming from inside the house and that he was calling her after he murdered the children upstairs.

Winnsboro Center for the Arts is located in downtown Winnsboro, Texas, about 100 miles East of Dallas. It has a rich artistic heritage that has been here all along but got its push in 2001 with the introduction of an art center. Many volunteers later, it is thriving, and this is the story.
